Was having problems with the transmission in our RV. Took it into Mike for a diagnosis and cost estimate. He diagnosed our RV and informed me on the best and most cost-efficient way to fix. The service was excellent as well the manner in which Mike kept us informed every step of the way showed tremendous quality in his service and honesty.
We experienced the best customer service at Bull's towing that we have ever experienced from ANY industry, and that is saying a lot. Our car was totaled by a deer, and when the tow our insurance scheduled fell through Mike came out in the middle of the night to pick us up. He also helped us find accommodations, gave us his (well informed!) opinion on the damage done to our car (what was damaged, cost to fix, etc.), and then proceeded to help us do battle royale with our terrible insurance company the next two days.
The entire team at Bull's is fantastic. The mechanics are extremely talented and responsive. I would highly recommend Bull's to anyone in the area that needs vehicle or RV repair. A great business with great people.
Amazing! Helped my parents with there truck that seized up on the side of the highway and brought a car that we could drive into town. Best Service Ever!!
